However, the Arctic isn't exactly in our jurisdiction (except Alaska), and sooner or later if we don't drill there someone else will. (If there really is oil there.) Would you rather a US company drills there who had to follow the rules or a Chinese or Russian or OPEC company drill there who has no rules? I love the ocean and want nothing more than to preserve its beauty and majesty.
