Allowing Flawed, incomplete, outdated data to be called 'best Available' is a sham, and groups like OC, EDF, Pew that support such should be ashamed. Sadly these very groups OPPOSED a call by fishermen to fix this, and Mandate that said 'Science' be Reliable!
