As a resident of California I am well aware of how important it is to protect marine life, including whales.  We have an abundance of krill this year which means the whales have plenty to eat. It has been reported that there are more than usual to be seen off the coast of San Francisco at this time. This means that ships and boats will need to be especially careful! Great Bog!
