While its already on the list of groupers not allowed to be kept by fishermen, this move is to try closing off all access to any waters thought to hold these fish. This simply fails to address the need to use accurate, current and reliable science based data to make such a determination, and meelely uses this fish as a pawn to acheive a bigger goal of closing fishing access to the majority of people. Goliatyh Groupers are another on a siminlar no harvest, and are recognizzed as a stock becomming a nuscience fish with no natural enemy, and responsable for decimating reef stocks of smaller fish. No measure should move forward with out reliable data FIRST being used to make any determinations.
